1/2 cuplow-fat milk
1 cuplow-fat shredded cheese
2 tbspunsalted butter
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
1/2 cupmixed colored bell peppers
1/4 cuponion
1/2 packagesground breakfast sausage

Brown sausage and drain.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix milk, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Blend well.

Melt butter and pour into preferred baking pan.

Pour 1/2 egg mixture into pan.

Sprinkle sausage, peppers, onions, and cheese evenly.

Pour remaining egg mixture evenly.

Bake 15-20 mins or till set.
