Process cheese, walnuts, zest & Herbs until blended.

Fold each sheet fill in half and spread filling down one side. Roll up to enclose filling.

Brush pastry with oil or butter and bake until golden.

Serve with sauce

If using puff pastry cut lengths into even sized pieces when cooked.
