Ingredients

  • 1 packagesCamembert
  • 100 gramsWalnuts
  • 1Lemon zest
  • 1Herb - chives, parsley or basil
  • 4 sliceFilo pastry (or use puff pastry)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

  2. 2

    Process cheese, walnuts, zest & Herbs until blended.

  3. 3

    Fold each sheet fill in half and spread filling down one side. Roll up to enclose filling.

  4. 4

    Brush pastry with oil or butter and bake until golden.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce

  6. 6

    If using puff pastry cut lengths into even sized pieces when cooked.
