Ingredients

  • 2.2 poundsground beef (80/20)
  • 1onion
  • 2carrots
  • 1potato
  • 1 canpeas
  • Minced garlic, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 headlettuce
  • Cooked tomato, onion, and cilantro salsa
  • 1 cansour cream
  • 14 ouncesgrated dry cheese (about 400 grams)
  • 4 1/4 cupscooking oil (about 1 liter), any kind you like

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the chopped onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables to the beef.
