Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 gramschicken
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • 2 tsps maida
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsptandoori masala
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • 1/2Lemon
  • 2 tbspscoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, cut and rub medium sized peices of chicken with lemon and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes Atleast.

  2. 2

    Beat an egg. Add the flours, spices, salt and some chopped coriander.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying.

  4. 4

    Add the chicken peices to the beaten egg mixture.

  5. 5

    Coat well and deep fry in small batches.
