Ingredients

  1. 6bread piece
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 2 teaspoonchilli powder
  4. As needed coriander leaves chopped
  5. 2 teaspoonkasoori methi
  6. 2 teaspoonjeera
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add besan salt,red chilli powder,coriander leaves,kasoori methi,jeera.

  2. 2

    Now add water little by little make a smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Cut the bread in to length size.(anyshape)

  4. 4

    Dip bread piece in besan batter.

  5. 5

    Heat a oil and deep fry on a medium flame.

  6. 6

    Ready and serve hot with tomato kethchup.thank you.
