Butter melt karein. Chhoped Garlic onion fry karein

Add soacked daal. Salt red chilli powder mix karein aur 2-3 whistle le kar daal cook kar le.

Cookar se daal thandi hone par use mixi main grind kar le.

Smooth paste bana kar jarurat ke hisab se pani mix karein aur boil karein

Lemon juice aur pepper powder mix karein

Garnish with dhaniya Patti. Serve hott.
