Cut Hari mirch into four pieces

Take Kadai put mustard oil let it get hot and let it cool a bit, switch off the gas

Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, hing

Add Hari mirch and mix it well

Roast saunf, jeera, ajwain, methi, Rai and grind it coarse

Add the roasted masala in the Hari mirch and mix well

Again light the gas and mix it for 5 minutes

Add amchur powder

Let it cool and put in the bottle and can be eaten when ever
