Wash and chop the green guava and pressure cook for five mins.

Once cooled,strain and churn in the blender.

Heat butter in a pan.

'Add guava puree,black pepper powder,salt and sugar and lastly we add milk.

Once boiled,switch off the gas.

Add cardamom powder and lemon juice.

Serve hot
