  • 1 kgfish fillet
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupflour
  • 2 spoonsspice for fish
  • 1 teaspoonmixed herbs spice
  • 1\2cup canola oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Using electric pan heat oil then on a_seperate bowl beat eggs,another bowl pour flour and spices

  2. 2

    Then first dip fish into eggs then flour then fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    I served it with mealie rice and gravy
