Ingredients

  1. 16 ozElbow macaroni
  2. 16 ozbrick pepper jack cheese
  3. 1 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  4. 2 canRotel
  5. 2 packagescubed smoked ham
  6. 3 tbspFrench's spicy brown mustard
  7. 2 canevaporated milk
  8. 1butter
  9. 2 dashred wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Bring macaroni to a boil in a large pot.

  3. 3

    Grate the brick of cheese and set aside.

  4. 4

    In a large mixing bowl, combine rotel (well drained), ham, and garlic.

    Drain macaroni and fold into mixture a little at a time.

  6. 6

    Melt 1 stick of butter in the bottom of a baking dish.

  7. 7

    Make 3 layers of the mixture with cheese.

    Beat 1 egg, milk, mustard, and red wine vinegar with a whisk and pour evenly over mixture.

    Cover top layer with cheese and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
