Ingredients

  • 3 cupspuffed rice
  • 8puffed pooris
  • 2potatoes (boiled and chopped into tiny cubes)
  • 1cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 bowlraw mango (finely chopped)
  • 1large onion (finely chopped)
  • 1large tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander (finely chopped)
  • 2green chilies (finely chopped)
  • to tasteTamarind jaggery chutney
  • to tastecoriander chutney
  • 1cuppapdi (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 cupsev
  • 1 cupmixture
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4red chilli powder
  • 1/4chaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Take another bowl mix all wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    In one large bowl mix wet and dry ingredients (only mix that amount that you wanted to have, otherwise dry ingredients will get soggy.)

  4. 4

    Now take a bhel in a plate, garnish with sev, pomegranate and chopped coriander and enjoy.
