Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsPeeled Radish
  2. 250 gmsPeeled carrot
  3. 1small Gobhi florets
  4. 50 gmsPeeled ginger
  5. 50 gmsGreen chilies
  6. 2 tspor to taste-salt
  7. 1/2 cupMustard oil
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. - 2 tsp or to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  12. 2 pinchAsafoetida
  13. 2 tbspVinegar (opt)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take radish, carrot, gobhi florets, green chilli remove stalk, dried and peeled ginger wash it and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Cut all vegitable length wise and steam all vegetables for 5 min.

  3. 3

    Cool down veggies and mix all above masalas well and oil then store in a container and can be consumed in fifteen days.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati or stuff parathas.
