Place Easymix in a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs, oil and water.

Add to Easymix and mix with a whisk until batter is smooth with no lumps. Batter should be thin and runny. Add more water if consistency is not thin enough.

Let batter stand for 30 minutes before use. Batter can stand overnight.

Lightly oil and heat frying pan.

Pour sufficient batter to cover the base thinly.

Fry pancakes until edges come away from the sides of the pan and the bottom is golden brown.

Turn the pancakes over and fry the other side.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of the pancakes, roll it and serve.
