Ingredients

6 to 8 servings

2 lbground pork
1medium onion
2 clovegarlic minced
1small potato cooked
1 tspground cloves
1/2 tspcinnamon
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 1/2 tspwater
1pastry for double pie
1egg yolk beaten with 1 Tbs water for glaze

Preheat oven to 375°F

Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and veggies are tender

Add spices and water.

Simmer for 40 min. add more water if needed

Mix mashed potato with meat mixture
6

Place in pie shell, cover with top crust.

Glaze with egg yolk

Bake for 40 to 50 min.
