3 cupWater -
1 tbspAll purpose flour / maida -
1 tbspButter -
1/2 tspChopped ginger -
1/2 tspCumin seeds -
1/2 tspTurmeric powder -
1Chopped green chilli -
1Chopped tomato -
1 tspChopped coriander leaves -
to tasteSalt -

In a blender add curd,water and all purpose flour / maida. and blend it.

Heat butter in a pan

Add cumin seeds to crackle.

Add chopped green chilli,ginger and turmeric powder and saute for one mins.

Add cutd mixture and switch off the gas

Add tomato and coriander leaves
