In a med skillet brown sausage and when cooked set to the side on a plate with a paper towel on it to soak up grease

While sausage in cooking coarsely chop celery, onions, & mushrooms

Wipe pan clean and place on med heat and begin melting butter
- 4
When butter is melted add celery, onion,& mushrooms. saute until onions and celery are translucent

In a lg bowl place bread crumbs and cooked sausage
- 6
Pour butter, celery, &onion mixture over breadcrumbs and sausage and mix throughly

Preheat your oven to 350°

Evenly spread you breadcrumb mixture into a casserole or pie plate

In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk
- 10
Then add two cheeses to the egg and milk mixture
- 11
Pour eggs and cheese slowly over breadcrumbs begin careful to cover evenly

Bake for 40-45 min or until top is golden brown

I serve with my favorite hot sauce :) enjoy
