Get your slice and remove the inner flesh. Please do not throw that part away.

Dry your bread on a pan. Alternatively, you can toast the bread beforehand

Oil your pan and place the bread

In a different bowl, mix the egg, carrot, onion, capsicum and salt

Slowly pour the mixture into the sliced bread. Be careful not to let it spill beyond the slice of bread.

Give it a few minutes to cook before flipping it over.

Flip it over gently and place the piece of bread that you sliced out.Let it cook for a few minutes on low heat.

Once ready remove from the pan and serve.
