Rinse the vegetables, peel them, and cut into pieces. Chop the parsley or dill after washing.

Rinse the fish and season with salt and pepper (or use special fish seasoning).

Place all the ingredients in a baking dish (vegetables and herbs) except the fish, and add salt, pepper, paprika, and finally oil, then mix.

Place the fish on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.

For the rice, measure 2 cups of water and bring to a boil, adding salt, oil, and turmeric. Rinse the rice well.

Once the water boils, add the rice, reduce the heat to the lowest setting, and cover. Stir occasionally, and when all the water is absorbed, the rice is ready.
