Ingredients

25 minute/4 hrs

  1. 1 1/2 cupscrushed cream filled Maple sandwich cookies
  2. 3 tablespoonsbutter, melted
  3. 1/3 cuphot fudge ice cream topping
  4. 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  5. 1 cupcreamy peanut butter
  6. 1 teaspoonmaple flavoring
  7. 1/2 cupconfectioners sugar
  8. 8 ouncefrozen whipped topping, thawed
  9. 1 cupheavy whipping cream
  10. 2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
  11. 1/4 cupchocolate covered peanuts, coarsely chopped

25 minute/4 hrs
  1. 1

    In a small bowl, mix crushed cookies and butter. Press on to bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Freeze 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a microwave, warm fudge topping 5 to 10 seconds or until spreadable. Spread over bottom and up sides of crust.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and flavoring until blended. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust spreading evenly. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add syrup, beating until stiff peaks form. Serve pie with whipped cream and peanuts.
