Wash kpomo,beef with salt put in a clean pot,add maggi cube with little salt and water place on heat allow to boil for 15min

Add pepper,crayfish add water if its not enough,allow to boil for 5min

Add onion and palm oil for 5min.Then wash onion and chop add to the pot allow to boil for 5min
- 4
Stir everything together then add the ugwu leaf after 2min stir and turn off heat immediately
