1 cupmilk
16 ozcottage cheese
1 packagesshredded cheddar cheese
8corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 canchopped green chiles
1/2 cupcilantro
2green onions, sliced

whisk eggs & milk. add remaining ingredients & mix well. pour into 2 9" pie plates.

refrigerate overnight. bake at 350 for 50 min. serve with salsa & sour cream.

can also bake in 9x13" pan for 55 min.
