wash and clean the chicken. make incision with a sharp knife on the chicken

apply a mixture of red chillie powder, lemin juice, and salt to the chicken and keep aside for 30mins

then in a bowl add red chillie powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder and mustard oil and yogurt. and mix well

apply this marinade onto the chicken and refrigerate fir 3-4 hrs

cook the chicken in pre heated oven 200degrees celsius for 12 mins or cook in a hot tandoor by putting onto the skewers
- 6
sprinkle chaat masala powder and serve with onion rings and lemon wedges
