Ingredients

1carrot grated
2tomato diced
2 tablespoonfresh coriander chhoped
1 tablespoonbutter
to tasteSalt and pepper

Cookar main butter melt karein carrot sauté karein. Then tomato aur dhaniya add karein.

Add water and take 2 whistle

Make paste in mixer and strain it.

Again take a boil on it. Add salt and pepper
5

Serve hott
