boil peeled potatoes, carrots and garlic together til tender. meanwhile fry linguisa in pan til browned add grease and linguisa to pot of veggies add cans o tomatoe sauce and refried beans stir til beans liqufey then add kale let simmer with lid on til kale is tender salt and pepper and enjoy :)
