Cut open the topmost part of the pepper

Scoop out the inner seeds.Slit slightly the bottom part of the bellpepper and place it on a serving dish.

Cut a thin part of the carrot from top to bottom and bend it.

Put the bend carrot slice on either side of the pepper and fix it with toothpick to make a firm handle of the basket.

Fill up the basket with strawberries, dates and grapes.
