  1. Okro
  2. Chicken
  3. Palm oil
  4. cubesMaggi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1kilo beef

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash okro and blend with onions

  2. 2

    Boil chicken and beef with seasoning and onions till it’s soft.

  3. 3

    Add your blended or diced or grated okro into the stock.

  4. 4

    Add palm oil and leave for 2-5 mins, add water if too thick.

  5. 5

    Serve with Eba or any other swallow
