Steps

  1. 1

    Put water in a cooking pot,add potatoes

  2. 2

    When the water start boiling,put the arrow root leaves plus,then add githeri...wait until the food is ready.

  3. 3

    When the food is ready, add salt and use a 'mwiko' to make mukimo....

  4. 4

    Then mukimo is ready,and you may serve it with stew
