Slowly dissolve the sugar in the milk. Keep stiring well. Add the small pieces of chocolate and stir until they are fully melted. Add the pig's blood. Keep stiring until the dolce reaches a pudding like consistency. Serve hot or cold (will harden like a pudding) with bread, cookies or fruits.
