At frst boiled milk in heavy soucepan with sugar.

When milk chnged the colour like yellowish then switch off the gas.

Now deep bread slices in hot milk & mxd them with hnd blender.

Let it cool down.

When the mxture will cmpletely cool dn mxd egg with blendr.

Now which pot you wnt to use to make the pudding.. in that make caramel.

In oil spread 2 tblsp sgr &wait 4 chnging the clr

When the clr will b chnged to brown..dn drop the pudding mxture in the pot.

Close the lid of the pot

Now in convection bake it 4 55 to 60 mnts.

In a bowl pour some water & dn keep in middle the pudding pot.

When it will cook freez it 4 7 to 8 hrs 4 set

Now cut in pieces & njoy pudding chilled.
