First chopped all the vegetables

Heat the oil in a kadai then add cumin seed and rai after crackle of cumin seed then add chopped garlic when garlic light brown then add green chillies, curry leaves and chopped onion fry until golden brown and soft

Then add chopped tomato saute until the tomato turn out pulpy and smooth then add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt to taste mix it well together

Saute till until the oil separate from the tomato then add shezwan chutney then mix

With adding of shezwan chutney the taste in the tomato chutney it become double tastier

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
