Steps

Preheat oven to 180°c.

Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir.

Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and stir.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into the well.

Mix until all combined.

Line baking dish with baking paper.

Pour in the cake mixture and bang dish on bench to release air bubbles.

Place into oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. (Poke a skewer into the middle of the cake, if the skewer comes out dry then the cake is cooked).

Take cake out of oven and rest for 20 minutes then flip cake out onto a cake rack.

Top with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and enjoy :)
