Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupamla (chopped)
  • 1/2 inchginger grind
  • 2garlic (chopped)
  • 1/3 tspPepper corns
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 300 gmwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water.

  2. 2

    Add chopped Amla.

  3. 3

    Cook for 10th minutes.

  4. 4

    Add ginger, garlic, sugar, salt.

  5. 5

    Cook for 5-6th minutes on low flame until the tender.

  6. 6

    After the water gets little bit dry(1:3) till it gets thick.

  7. 7

    Now filter it, taking out the solid parts.

  8. 8

    Garnish with pepper corns.
