Dry roast til til light brown..do not over roast it...take it on a plate

Add ghee in pan and roast rava till aroma comes

Now made sugar syrup... check it by dropping with spoon if last drop falls like thread than it's ready

Add elliachi powder and chopped kaju
- 5
Tranfer it on greased plate and sprinkle chopped almond and pista..press it slightly...cut it in desire shape when cooled
