preheat the oven to 180° and prepare a 10" removable pan

mix the cocoa,oil,1/4cup water and 3tbsp. sugar in a saucepan and stir until the suagr melted

sift the dry ingredients 3 times

prepare the yolk,oil,water in another bowl. then mix them in the dry ingredients that has been sifted earlier
- 5
in a hand or electric mixer beat the whites, together with the cream of tar tar and the remaining sugar. beat them until stiff
- 6
scoop the half of the egg white mixture, and mix them togather with the chocolate mixture that u have made earlier. then the other half mix it to the vanilla mixture.

pour them alternately to the prepared pan, and marblelize them carefully.

bake them until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
