in a pan put the olive oil just enough to coat the bottom of pan

cut the onions and bell pepper and add them to pan

cook on medium to medium high heat stirring occasionally

next but in the red hot pepper. I do not cut this up. cause I only want little taste in the food. I take it out in the end and use it for garnish.

while the vegetables are cooking start adding the crab meat to the vegetables and the seasonings. u do not have to cut up the crab meat because it falls apart in the pan as you cook it

cook until vegetables are tender

this is good on noodles. rice. salads. sandwiches. or just plain
