preheat oven to 400°F

cook and drain pasta

heat olive oil in pan and cook cubed chicken about 3 minutes. add onion and garlic cooking until chicken is cooked through. place in bowl and add the tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, salt and pepper. stir to combine a d place in a buttered 8 x 8 baking dish. in small dish combine parsley and bread crumbs. sprinkle on top and bake about 30 minutes. top will be golden brown.
