In the glass with milk mix the yeast and sugar and allow to settle for 10 min till it forms bubbles

Sieve the flour and salt to air in a bowl

Now in the bowl with flour add the oil and raisins and mix them well.now add the sugar/yeast solution little by little to form a dough that is not so firm but also not sticky to the fingers.

Cover the dough with a clear film paper and put it in a warm corner till it doubles in size

Beat tge dough down and Divide the dough into two and roll each into a sausage like shape tucking the edges.put each in an already greased loaf pan and put in a warm corner till it doubles in size.

Put in a preheated over at medium or 180°c and bake for 30 min or when a knife inserted comes out clean.

Leave to cool in the baking pan
