Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ozveg oil
  • 3 cupwhite rice
  • 3 eachonions
  • 3 eachgreen bell pepper
  • 3 eachred bell pepper
  • 3 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1/2 tbspblk pepper
  • 1 1/2 cupcilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    in hot pan toast rice

  2. 2

    add spices stir until rice is coated

  3. 3

    add in vegetable stir until vegetable are mixed

  4. 4

    add water

  5. 5

    cover cook til water is almost gone

  6. 6

    turn off heat cover rice with pl astic bag let sit til rice gets tender

  7. 7

    mix in cilantro
