Steps

Boil tomatoes for 5-6 mins.

Peel the skin and cut.

Grind tomatoes to make a puree.

Heat oil in a pan.add panch phutan.

When crackles add dry red chilli, curry leaf & mashed garlic.

Add turmeric powder.

Now add puree & water, add red chilli powder and salt.
- 8
Cook for five minutes. Switch off gas.
