Heat a pan and add the sesame in the pan and roasted then transfer it

Take a kadai then put the ghee add jaggery in the hot kadai and cook untill the jaggery melts then the jaggery melts completely add the sesame seeds and stirribg continuosly on medium flame then they mix together turn off the gas and transfer the mixture on the greased rolling board then when the mixture cool down apply some ghe on the rolling pin and roll out the mixture in a square shape and make a cut mark on the mixture in a help of knife and leave for few minutes your sesame jaggery patti
