Steps

Take a pan add chura dry roast it.

Take another pan add gur melts it on low flame for 1min.

Take a bowl full of water add one drop of gur if it mix in water then syrup us not ready for laddu if it stick then syrup is ready to make laddu.

Add chura in gur syrup turn off the flame and mix it well.
- 5
Grease your palm with water then make laddu from the mixture.
- 6
Chura laddu is ready to serve.
