Ingredients

5 servings

1/2 cuppowdered rice
1/2 cupgrated jaggery
1/4 cuppoha soaked in water
1/4 cupcurd
1/4 cupmilk
4 tsp grated coconut
2 pinchSalt
5-6roasted almonds crushed
5-6roasted cashews crushed
5-6raisins

Steps

Take a bowl add rice jaggery poha curd milk coconut salt together and grind

Now keep aside in warm place for 10 to 12 hours for fermentation

After fermentation add dry fruits in it and make idlis

Enjoy it with any sauce..
