Ingredients

  1. 500 mlcow's milk
  2. 200 gmjaggery
  3. 1/2 cupbeated curd

Steps

    Boil cow's milk

  2. 2

    At the boiling point add curd

  3. 3

    Filter chhena

  4. 4

    Hang in muslin cloth for 15-20mnts

  5. 5

    After mnts mash till corner leaves the plate

  6. 6

    Make small Ball

  7. 7

    Take pressure cooker add jeggary & 1glass of water

  8. 8

    Make syrup

  9. 9

    Add chhena ball in boiling syrup

  10. 10

    Cover the lid

  11. 11

    Gas turn medium flame

  12. 12

    Give them 2whistle

  13. 13

    Gas turn off

  14. 14

    Open the lid

  15. 15

    Wen cool down dein enjoy mini gud roshogulla..
