1 cupquinoa
1chopped onion
1carrot chopped
1/2paneer chopped
1capsicum chopped
1/2 cupcoriander chopped
To tastesalt
1/2 tspturmeric
To tastered chilli powder

Steps

Boiled quinoa (soak for 5mins. now add 1 cup quinoa 2 cup water, salt, half cover it for 15 to 20 mins)

Take a pan add oil and chopped onion saute for 2 mins. Anow add all the veggies saute for 5 mins. now add boiled quinoa soute for 2 mins. serve hot healthy quinoa.
