boil shells as directed..rinse slightly with cold water when done and drain.

cook meat ,add seasoning and onion..simmer on real low and add chopped spinach. then cover and drain out oil.
- 3
take a baking dish and smoother some pasta sauce on the bottom..not too much. start filling each shell and arrange them neatly in the dish.

when done top them with sum more chopped spinach and then cheese. spoon on alil sauce on top then cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.

take out and serve with side salad.. enjoy!
