  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • as neededWater
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupCooking oil

    Mix ragi flour and rice flour.

  2. 2

    Add water and salt, prepare watery batter.

  3. 3

    Heat tawa, apply oil, pour laddle full of batter, close the lid.

  4. 4

    Open the lid, flip over and cook for a min, remove and serve.
