Ingredients

  • 1 lbpecans or favorite nut
  • 1 Csugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1egg white
  • 1 Tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg white and water until foamy

  2. 2

    Add pecans and mix

  3. 3

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.... add to pecans

  4. 4

    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
