Ingredients

2medium size boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspaamchur powder
2green chillies finely chopped
1 cupcoriander leaves
to tastesalt
as needed oil or butter to cook on tawa
4 piecesbread

Steps

Mix salt,red chilli powder, aamchur powder, green chillies and coriander leaves and prepare stuffing.

Put the stuffing between the breads.

Heat 1 tbsp butter on tawa,keep sandwiche,cover with straight plate and on that plate keep weight (hamam)

Cook on both the sides the same way.

Serve hot with ketchup.
