1cup.rice
1cup.jaggery
2tbsp.ghee
6-8.almonds
6-8.cashewnuts
As needed.dry coconut
6-8laung
6-8.chhuare optional
2-3.cardamon
as needed.saffron
2-3 tbspraisins
1/2tsp.fennal seeds

Rinse and soak rice for 15 mins.

Take a pan add ghee,long then some dry fruits, fennel seeds mix well then add rice, jaggery, saffron, cardamom powder then add water and mix properly then cover the pan and cook for 15mins in low flame or till the rice cook. Serve hot.
